All rentals include basic damage protection. Normal wear is expected and covered. For major accidental damage, we have affordable excess options available at checkout. We never charge for manufacturer defects or equipment that fails during normal use.

How quickly can I get equipment?

Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched same day for next-morning delivery across mainland UK. Urgent same-day delivery is available in Greater London and surrounding areas for an additional fee.

Do I need technical experience?

Not at all. Every rental includes printed quick-start guides and QR codes linking to video tutorials. Our support team is available by phone, WhatsApp, or email throughout your rental period to help with any questions.

Can I extend my rental period?

Absolutely. Just message us before your return date and we will extend at the same daily rate. For rentals over 7 days, you automatically receive discounted weekly rates. Monthly rentals offer the best value at roughly 50% off daily rates.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel with at least 48 hours notice for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours receive a credit note valid for 12 months. Once equipment is dispatched, standard rental terms apply.
